Description
In IE, links are preceded with '^', when added without an alias, in rich-text mode.
Steps to replicate:
1) Using the "Insert/Edit Link" icon from rich-text mode, open the "Insert Link" popup
2) Choose the attachment from the "Attachments" tab
3) Do not specify an "Alias"
4) Click "OK"
Notice that the attachment link is created with a '^' preceding the name. The link is still valid and the attachment can be accessed/opened when clicked.
Problem is not experienced when an alias is specified. Only happens in IE. Replicated on IE7.
