Support personal blogs and blog categories

We'd like to be able to allow all of the users in our Confluence system to have their own blog. Right now they can blog on different spaces but we'd prefer to have a personal blog as well. Additionally, like other blog systems, supporting a category that would be used in filtering search results would be even better. Categories on spaces don't make a lot of sense, but they definately make sense on presonal blogs.
