When an Excel file has been saved with 1000s of empty rows or columns, it may result in an OOM when viewed in Confluence. It is fairly common to save files in this way, and within Excel there is no difference in behaviour or appearance.

To protect against this error being thrown in Confluence, the "View in Office" link should automatically put a limit on the number of rows/columns that are displayed.
