      Bug Description

When user imports a Word Document using Doc Import feature, they are allowed to use the Advanced feature whereby they can perform various configuration changes. One of the changes that they can perform would be changing the Page Title. However, there's no validation check if the Root page title is left empty. Due to this, Confluence can have a page without title which is not standard across the application.

      Further findings
      1. When using MySQL, a page inserted to Confluence by employing this bug, will result in an entry in the content table with an empty string in the title field
      2. However, when using Oracle, since Oracle doesn't support empty string, it will store it as null. This results in various problem such as this, problem deleting the page and even editing the page.
