If you were using osuser with LDAP, then your username will be stored in lowercase.
Eg. pkamal
However if LDAP stores your name in a different case, e.g. pKamal, then the osuser to atlassian user migration will not correctly migrate group permissions correctly (as it seems to depend on matching the case). In addition, all current permissions will fail as the permissions are recorded against the lowercase username, while the migration will store the username in the mixed case version.
