Create a username such as 'a+b'

User hover does not work on that user - you just get a very thin window with no visible content.

Mark, I tested it agin and it works with such characters if encoding is correctly set on the server: URIEncoding="UTF-8"

There are still characters which cause this problem, such as û and €

Also caused by user's with spaces in their names (~~CONF-16283~~)
