When the pages in a space are sorted into alphabetical order using the blue "A" link on listpages-dirview.action, new pages are not added in the appropriate order.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to a space containing a few pages
- Open the "Pages" Link under "Browse Space" (or the "Browse" menu, depending on your theme)
- Drag and drop a page into a different place in the list (i.e. upset the current order)
- Click the blue "A" to order the pages alphabetically
- Navigate to the space home page
- Add a new page named so that it should not be last alphabetically
- Open the "Pages" Link again
The page will be listed at the end (i.e. the existing pages are sorted alphabetically, but new pages are added at the end in the order created). The expectation would be that the new page would assume its place in the alphabetical order. The default behavior in 2.8 and earlier was to sort pages in alphabetic order. The blue "A" link appears to give users the ability to emulate the old behavior, but it only works if they resort the list of pages each time they add a new page.
