Edit Link dialog does not handle accented characters correctly

      Use the following wiki markup:

      [Mots fléchés|http://www.mots-fleches.net/mots_fleches.htm]

      Switch to the RTE, and use the edit link dialog.

      The alias is displayed by the dialog as:

      Mots fléchés

      The dialog should be able to handle accented characters.
