Inserting image of size bigger than attachment limit yields "Page Not Found" error

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create/edit a page
      2. Click on the picture icon to attach an image
      3. In the "Insert Image" pop-up window, attach an image of size bigger than attachment limit
      4. Clicking OK will result in a misleading "Page Not Found" page
