TinyMCE adds vertical space where it doesn't belong

      TinyMCE adds additional vertical spacing below the metadata in the below example.

      1. Create a blank, new wiki page. Go to the Wiki Markup tab and add the code in the attached file.
      2. Click on Rich Text. Note the extra vertical space between metadata-list and Sign In.
      3. Delete the extra vertical space in the WYSIWYG. Click on the Wiki Markup tab. Click on the Rich Text tab. The vertical space is back.
