Page Moved sends notification from creator, not current user

      Repicated on extranet support space - 2.10-m4.

      When moving a page using the page ordering pagetree, a notification is sent about the page move. The notification shows the creator, not the person who made the move, for "Page Moved By".

      The screenshot shows the email I got after moving a page Tony created.
