Images with apostrophes in filename causes gallery thumbnails to break

      To reproduce:

      1. Attach an image to a page with an apostrophe in the name.
      2. Add a gallery macro to the page: 
        {gallery}

      The image with the apostrophe in the name will not be visible (the URL is broken).
