This is an edge case of CONF-8805
Wiki markup allows users to embed images into their pages that Confluence cannot actually see.
If a page containing such an image is edited in the wysiwyg editor, then the size of the image is changed to 32 by 32 pixels.
This happens because the PlaceholderImageRenderer, which is used in this case of a missing image, is hardcoding that incorrect size.
