Create link to attachment fails when the attachment's filename contains single quote. Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Upload file named it as this'that.pdf.
2. Click button Insert/Edit Link in Rich Text Editor. Popup Window will be displayed.
3. Click this'that.pdf link, and Confluence does not do anything but when we click another file which does not contain single quote, then Confluence will put the attachment's filename to Link textfield.
