Howto add "Telephone" and "picture" to "my profile" in preferences ?

How do I add
Telephone
and a picture on the "preference page" ( it has to be placed just under the "e-mail"

The Telephone must be read from Windows 2003 AD - mixed mode, and from the user tab ?
