Insert Link with Image Selection Fails

      Edit a page.
Access Rich Text view.
Insert an image using the Rich Text editor insert image icon.
Image is inserted.
Click on the image, image is selected.
Click on insert link icon in Rich Text editor.
Insert link interface opens.
Select a link to insert from one of the tabs, click ok.

---Error---
Link is not inserted, clicking on OK gives no response.

Trying these steps in Wiki Markup mode removes the wiki markup for the image !some-image.png! and replaces it with just the link wiki markup.
