Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit a page
2. Select some text for your link alias
3. Click the icon for insert link
4. The popup should have your selected text filled out in the alias box. Now click on one of the tabs and the alias is lost.
This is due to the fact that we send a new request each time a tab is clicked. We cannot hard code the alias into the url of these tabs as the alias could be changed by the user.
I assume this is the same problem with the tooltip field.
