Error "undefined" upon adding a link with tooltip but no alias

      Adding or editing a link from the Rich Text Editor leads to an error: "undefined", when a tooltip is entered, but no alias is defined.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) From the Rich Text Editor, click the Add Link icon
      2) Enter a URL or click a page name, enter no alias but specify tooltip
      3) Click OK
      4) You get a dialog box "undefined"

      This problem is confined to rich-text editor only.
