Implement some kind of way for the help link in the confluence editor (which opens the keyboard shortcut dialog), to be more quickly accessible for keyboard/screen reader users, without having to tab through all of the toolbar elements to get to the right of the toolbar where the link lives.

Potential solutions:

• Move the help link to the start of the toolbar (shift the rest of the icons to the right and place the link at the left most point)
• Move the cluster of icons on the right that contain the help link, higher in the DOM order, so they receive focus first, but style the toolbar with css to maintain the existing visual layout
• Add some kind of quick link or shortcut to access the help link without needing to navigate through the toolbar at all
