      Issue Summary

      Task List status can still be edited when Confluence DC License Expires

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence with a valid Data Center License
      2. Create a page and insert Task Lists into the page
      3. Update Confluence with an expired Trial License
      4. View the page created in the step above, and attempt change the Task List status

      Expected Results

      Confluence with an Expired Trial License should be Read-Only, hence the Task Lists should not be editable.

      Actual Results

      The Task Lists is still editable, despite the Trial License has expired.

      Workaround

      Go to General Configuration > Maintenance to enable Read-Only Mode.
      This will prevent the Task Lists from being edited.
