Issue Summary
Task List status can still be edited when Confluence DC License Expires
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Confluence with a valid Data Center License
- Create a page and insert Task Lists into the page
- Update Confluence with an expired Trial License
- View the page created in the step above, and attempt change the Task List status
Expected Results
Confluence with an Expired Trial License should be Read-Only, hence the Task Lists should not be editable.
Actual Results
The Task Lists is still editable, despite the Trial License has expired.

Workaround
Go to General Configuration > Maintenance to enable Read-Only Mode.
This will prevent the Task Lists from being edited.
