Confluence administrators can't edit pages regardless of the page restrictions

      Confluence administrators (members of the 'confluence-administrators' group) can view but can't edit all pages, regardless of the page restrictions.

      To reproduce this problem:
      1. Assign view and edit page restriction to page A. (login as Confluence-users group)
      2. Try edit the page A by access the URL(login as Confluence-Administrators group)
      Example:

      http://localhost:8060/pages/editpage.action?pageId=1769475

      A warn message will be prompted out You cannot view this page.
