Insert link popup does not have its alias field populated with the text the user has highlighted

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the wiki text editor
      2. Enter some text
      3. Highlight the text and then click on the icon for insert link
      4. The resulting popup does not have the text you selected populated in the alias text field as it should
      5. Selecting a link and inserting causes your original selection to be overridden.

      This is working for the rich text editor but not in the wiki text editor.
