Issue Summary
When a Jira Service Management knowledge base article contains the Confluence
"Content Report Table" macro, the link of macro open the page in Confluence.
Due to that, portal only customers are unable to open the link within help center.
This is similar to CONFCLOUD-82352, but it is occurred when open the link by right-click and open the link in new tab.
This occurs always even the left-click.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a knowledge base space in confluence and link it to a Service management project.
- Create page A in the KB space with content report macro.
- Access the knowledge article A from the service desk portal as a customer
- Click the link in content report table macro
- The page is opened in Confluence. Portal only customer unable to access it.
Expected Results
The links in the service desk portal should open in the Service desk only not in the confluence
Actual Results
The link in content report table leads to a Confluence URL that the customers don't have access to
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
