Issue Summary
Children macro on the KB space is not converting the links to the service desk knowledge base but redirecting the customers to confluence.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a knowledge base space in confluence and link it to a Service management project.
- Create page A ( with child pages) in the KB space with children macro to display the child pages.
- Access the knowledge article A from the service desk portal as a customer
- Right-click on the page URL displayed in children macro and open the link in a new tab
Expected Results
The links in the service desk portal should open in the Service desk only not in the confluence
Actual Results
Right Click and open in a new tab leads to a confluence URL that the customers don't have access to
Note: This bug affects all other Confluence macros that generates hyperlinks as well. (E.g: Table of content, Page properties report)
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
