Ability to disable Slack engagement nudges

      Issue Summary

      When integrating Confliuence in Slack ,there is no option to disable Slack engagement nudges. 
      Example: "We noticed you recently published a page. We suggest using Jira with Confluence to keep project documentation and work tracking connected..."

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Integrate Confluence with Slack
      2. Try performing some action (like publishing a page) 

      Expected Results

      Ability to disable the engagement nudges

      Actual Results

      There is no option to disabled these nudges. UI shows dismiss button. But clicking on it, will only remove that specific message

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
