Issue Summary

Child items (Child pages) macro fails to render in View Mode when it is the last element in a blockquote. It shows fine in EDIT mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a confluence page.
2. Add a blockquote and add "Child items" MACRO inside it.
3. Publish the Page.

Expected Results

1. The Child items should be displayed.
   

Actual Results

In EDIT MODE: It works fine.

Workaround

The MACRO works when you add a single empty line (press ENTER) or a SPACE immediately after the macro while still inside the block quote.
There will be some space on top and bottom but it works.
