Issue Summary

A macro inside a Quote block does not render in view mode when it is the last element in the Quote. It displays correctly in the editor.

Affected macros include draw.io and Child items.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add a Quote block.
2. Inside the Quote, insert a macro (for example draw.io or Child items) so that it is the last element in the Quote.
3. Publish the page.

Expected Results

The macro renders in view mode, as it does in the editor.

Actual Results

The macro does not render. Blank space or nothing is shown in its place.

Workaround

Any of the following:

• Add an empty line after the macro, inside the Quote.
• Move the macro outside the Quote.
• Change the text style of the Quote to Normal.
