Issue Summary
When an admin removes/blocks Confluence from Rovo Access, AI-related features should be fully removed from that app. However, "Ask Rovo" prompts continue to appear in Confluence's edit mode even after Confluence has been blocked. This indicates that the edit-mode AI entry points are not respecting the Rovo Access configuration.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Rovo Access settings in the admin console
- Remove/block Confluence from Rovo Access
- Confirm Confluence is no longer listed as an allowed app in Rovo Access
- Open any Confluence page in edit mode
- Observe the editor interface for AI prompts
Expected Results
All AI-related features, including "Ask Rovo" prompts, should be completely removed from Confluence edit mode once Confluence is blocked in Rovo Access. No AI entry points should be visible or accessible.
Actual Results
"Ask Rovo" prompts continue to appear in Confluence edit mode despite Confluence being blocked in Rovo Access. The Rovo Access configuration is not being respected by the editor's AI feature gating.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
