Restore scroll position when navigating back to a Confluence page via the browser Back button.
Description
When a user is reading a long Confluence Cloud page, scrolls partway down, clicks a link to another page, and then presses the browser's Back button, they are returned to the top of the page instead of to where they were reading.
This is unexpected and disruptive, especially on long pages with dense content. Users lose their place and must scroll back down to find where they were — often having to re-read sections just to re-orient themselves.
This is a different behavior when comparing with Confluence On Prem.
