Issue Summary

Editor scrolls back to the top when editing instead of maintaining scroll position from when viewing page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page with some text where you have to scroll a few times to reach the bottom.
2. Once the page is published, scroll to the bottom, and scroll just a little to see the Edit icon.
3. Click on the Edit icon and the editor will take you to the top of the page.

Expected Results

The editor should load in the same position of the page when it was being viewed.

Actual Results

Editor loads from the top of the page, even if the page was scrolled to the bottom before Edit was clicked.
