Enable Admin Key support for OAuth 2.0 (3LO) Apps

      Overview

      Currently, the Confluence Cloud REST API v2 Admin Key functionality is restricted to specific authentication methods and does not support OAuth 2.0 apps. This prevents third-party applications using OAuth from performing administrative actions that require elevated "Admin Key" access.

      Current Process

      The Admin Key operations are currently only accessible via API Token or Connect apps, as documented in the The Confluence Cloud REST API.

      Feature Request

      We would like to extend the Admin Key functionality to support OAuth 2.0 (3LO) apps to allow secure, delegated administrative access for modern integrations.
