Issue Summary

Create with Rovo can create Confluence whiteboards in space that has whiteboards disabled

Users are unable to create whiteboards in the space using the Create button, however if Create with Rovo is selected and the prompt requests to create a whiteboard, the preview will allow you create a whiteboard in the space

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a Space to restrict content creation to "Pages and Blogs" only (disable Whiteboards).
2. Click Create > Create with Rovo 
3. Prompt Rovo to create a whiteboard

Expected Results

4. A preview of the whiteboard loads and the current space is not selectable

Actual Results

4. A preview of the whiteboard pulls up and the current Space is available to be selected

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
