In the current whiteboard feature, particularly for the standard plan, users are limited to having only three active whiteboards. When a user creates an additional whiteboard, one of their existing whiteboards is automatically switched to view-only mode, the user doesn't have any option to choose the whiteboard to be in view mode. And we couldn't change the board to active once the view mode is enabled. So customer is requesting an option for deactivate /activate whitebaord. By this They could deactivate a whiteboard that do not need at the moment, but can be activated later time. So they don't need to delete the whiteboard permanently. For standard plan, if the site is deactivated then the user should able to create another active whiteboards(within the limit of 3).
