All Images fail to render in PDF exports and show loading spinner

      Summary

      Starting around November 12th, PDF exports are no longer rendering images as expected. Rather than rendering the image, the resulting PDF will display a grey box with a spinning wheel inside. pr preview unavailable.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a page
      2. Upload images to the page and publish it
      3. Export page to PDF

      Expected results

      Images are exported correctly

      Actual results

      Images are not exported. Rather, a grey box with a spinning wheel is exported in its place or preview unavailable is displayed.

      • At times some images may render while others do not

      Workaround

      None at the moment for PDF exports. An alternative is to export the page to Word.
