When user search the space by entering the multibyte character (i.e. Japanese), the space is not found.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create Confluence space including multibyte character (ex: テスト No.1)
      2. Service project's project settings > knowledge base
      3. Click [Link Space] and search the space name
      4. If the search word is Japanese like "テ", "テス", "テスト", the target space is not found.
If the search word is alphanumeric characters like "N", "No" "1", the target space is found.
