Problem
Currently, Confluence Cloud lacks a built-in option to find and replace content, particularly in text fields when using Databases. This limitation makes it challenging for users to perform large-scale content updates efficiently.
Suggested Solution
A suggested solution would be to integrate a "Find and Replace" feature directly within the Confluence Cloud interface, accessible from the editor toolbar.
This feature should allow users to search for specific text across multiple cells and replace it with new text. It should include options for case sensitivity, whole word matching, and the ability to preview changes before applying them.
Additionally, it could provide a summary of changes to ensure accuracy and prevent unwanted modifications.
Why This Is Important
The ability to find and replace content is crucial for users managing large amounts of data in databases. It would significantly enhance productivity by allowing users to update text fields quickly and accurately without resorting to manual edits.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
