Issue Summary
When scrolling down a large table with a header row (or sticky row), the heading columns are not aligned with content rows. This only happens in View mode as Edit mode does work well.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps:
- Create a new page and add a table
- Make sure that both 'Fixed column widths' and 'Header row' options are selected under Table options
- Add a number of columns and resize them so they expand past the page's width
- Publish the page
- Scroll down the page and notice the header row is misaligned with the subsequent rows

Workaround
The available options are:
- Un-select the 'Fixed column widths'
- Resize the table to make it slightly larger or smaller
