      Issue Summary

When scrolling down a large table with a header row (or sticky row), the heading columns are not aligned with content rows. This only happens in View mode as Edit mode does work well.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Steps:

      1. Create a new page and add a table
      2. Make sure that both 'Fixed column widths' and 'Header row' options are selected under Table options
      3. Add a number of columns and resize them so they expand past the page's width
      4. Publish the page
      5. Scroll down the page and notice the header row is misaligned with the subsequent rows
