Ability to control Page Creator permissions at Space level

      The ability to control the permissions is already in the space permission settings. But it does not affect the Creator of a page as they have the inherent right to edit their own content.

      We want a feature where space admins can decide the right to edit content.

      For eg: If space admins decide , no one should be able to archive the pages, The page creators should not be an exception.
