Issue Summary

When a legacy page has a static Connect macro (e.g. Table Excerpt, Scroll Ignore) that contains Jira Legacy macros inside of it, the Jira Legacy macros loads endlessly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a legacy page.
2. Add a static Connect macro (e.g. Table Excerpt, Scroll Ignore).
3. Inside of the static Connect macro, add a Jira Legacy macro.
4. Publish the page.

Expected Results

The Jira Legacy macro loads and displays the desired Jira issue(s).

Actual Results

The Jira Legacy macro shows an infinite spinner.

Workaround

There are a couple workarounds:

1) Convert the page to the new editor. [Preferred]

2) Add a Jira Legacy macro to the page outside of a static Connect macro. This can be done inside of a hidden excerpt macro so that it doesn't appear in view mode.
