User with space admin permissions is unable to see the attachment folder in the csv space export file

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform the CSV space export from the space settings.
2. The Export completes within couple of minutes
3. Observe that the space exported file doesn't have the attachment folder in it.

Expected Results

The space csv export should have the attachment folder containing all the attachments of the space.

Actual Results

The space csv export does not contain the attachment folder with all the attachments of the space.

Workaround

Only specific users have this issue, and currently, there is no available workaround.
