Issue Summary
Confluence users who have a different user_key and AAID (Atlassian Account ID) are facing some issues exporting spaces despite having the correct space-level permissions and content restrictions. The export successfully finishes but end up with incomplete content
Issues related to this behavior can be confirmed by:
- Impacted users are not able to find the "attachments" folder in the exported zip file
- The content.csv file inside the export file contains little to no rows
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Confluence as a user with mismatching user_key and AAID while not having site/org admin privileges (this is important since site and org admin roles cannot reproduce the issue)
- Grant export space admin permissions to the user or export space permissions
- Export the said space with restricted content to CSV
Expected Results
The user can successfully export the entire space
Actual Results
The user can still export the space but the resulting zip file is empty
