Create Jira issues from highlights: Enable the creation of issues in Jira Data Center

      The modern "Create Jira Issues" feature currently supports only Cloud-to-Cloud integrations. If a user has connected their Confluence Cloud to a Jira Data Center, the issue creation feature is disabled. 

      We request that you enable the ability to create Jira issues directly within the Jira Data Center environment, similar to the functionality available in the previous version.
