Unable to export pages to PDF for anonymous users if the IP allowlist is enabled.

      Issue Summary

      If the IP allowlist is enabled, anonymous users can't export the page to PDF. The exported file displays the following message.

      There was a problem accessing this content. Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.
      

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable IP allowlisting (for premium only)
      2. Create a new space with anonymous access enabled
      3. Add only view and export permissions for anonymous users
      4. Open one of the pages in the new space on an incognito browser
      5. Perform the PDF export

      Expected Results

      PDF export is successful

      Actual Results

      The PDF export finished immediately and displayed the message below.

      There was a problem accessing this content. Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.
      

      Workaround

      • Perform the Word export instead
      • Disable IP allowlisting if feasible since the issue can only be reproduced for instances with IP allowlisting enabled
