Improve word wrapping for smart link in Inline display mode when added in 'Layouts' macro

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary:

When a page link is added to the 'layouts' macro and set to display inline, words in the page title, such as 'management' (see screenshot) are split and partially moved to the next line. In contrast, the same text when hyperlinked, the word is moved entirely to the next line without splitting words.

      Suggested solution:

The word wrapping mechanism for page titles within the smart links in inline display mode should match the behavior seen with hyperlinked text. Words should not be split; instead, they should move entirely to the next line to maintain readability and visual consistency.

Review and adjust the CSS attributes responsible for text wrapping within the smart links.

      Workaround:

Currently, users can extend the layout's macro size ("Go wide") to prevent word splitting, but this compromises the page's aesthetic for users who prefer centered content.
