    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

Currently, the Loom icon in the page editor can only be disabled on a per-user basis.

There is no option to remove or hide the Loom icon globally for all users. This feature request is to add a global setting or toggle that allows administrators to disable or remove the Loom icon from the page editor across all users, instead of having to disable it individually for each user.

This type of behavior of pushing products to end users which have not been purchased seems, at best, inconsiderate and short sited. The user experience is being directly damaged. Additionally, this is creating confusion and therefore additional time and energy from already busy administrators. I understand that the goal is growth, but this seems like an underhanded way that steps on the tows of the people that are trying to create good user experience for Atlassian users, which is not always easy.

As an admin at our org, we have processes for reviewing, vetting, and budgeting for applications. These pop-ups and in-app advertising confuse users and support teams, as well as cause disappointment when users are advised we are not getting a certain app they saw and wanted to use. We have even had to send out communications to the org at time to advise users to disregard some feature mentioned, like the virtual agent, because it appeared unexpectedly in the applications. Our CSM can present these to us.

Yes a must asap. We want users to use Streams as we consolidate around department the content and also for training. Loom adds another product and we do not want to integrate it at this point. It generates workload of request. We redirect them but it is time consuming

This creates user frustration as the user thinks the feature is available but it's selling a product instead.

I find it quite annoying that we have 0 control over all these popups and product suggestions shown to end users. As an admin I might be interested to know what else is out there so I can present it to my users. I don't want my users to get daily suggestions; Try JSM! Try Product Discovery! Try Loom! View our Teams keynotes!

Thanks. For those of you for whom the screenshot fails to load or are on mobile, you need to click the record button in the page, and then click Not Interested. It is also now asking me first to merge my Loom and Atlassian account before I can say that I'm not interested.

53325e3f2246 I'm not even aware that it can be disabled on a per-user basis. Can you elaborate?
