Provide a way to remove the Loom icon from the page editor globally

      Currently, the Loom icon in the page editor can only be disabled on a per-user basis.

      There is no option to remove or hide the Loom icon globally for all users. This feature request is to add a global setting or toggle that allows administrators to disable or remove the Loom icon from the page editor across all users, instead of having to disable it individually for each user.
