Issue Summary

The PDF Macro displays a static image of the first page of the PDF file when viewed in an article in the knowledge base or in the Help Center portal when using custom domain.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure custom domain is enabled on the site.
2. Add a PDF file using the PDF Macro to a Confluence page that is connected to a Jira Service Desk project as a knowledge base.
3. Open the article in the Jira Service Desk Help Center

Expected Results

The PDF Macro should render the PDF

Actual Results

The PDF file is not rendered and an endless loading icon is shown

Workaround

Click on the PDF file in attachment to load the PDF file
