Problem
Currently, it is not possible to easily manipulate automation rules using a REST API for automations within Confluence Cloud SPACES.
The existing Automation REST API endpoints only allow for the retrieval of global automations, restricting the ability to manage automations at a more granular level within Confluence spaces.
Suggested Solution
Extend the existing Automation REST API functionalities to support automations within Confluence Cloud spaces.
- This includes enabling the creation, retrieval, updating, and deletion of automation rules specific to Confluence spaces, similar to the capabilities available for global automations.
Why This Is Important
Having the ability to manage automations within Confluence Cloud via a REST API is crucial for enhancing productivity and providing more granular workflows with responsive Confluence spaces.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
